5. Pass the large screw through the
hole in the rear side of the column,
and into the threaded hole in the
rear of the loudspeaker. Be careful
not to pinch or cut the speaker
wires with the screw, or jam the
wires between the loudspeaker
and the top of the column. Tighten
the screw until the loudspeaker is
secured ush with the column.
6. Move the loudspeaker/stand as
-
sembly into position in your room.
Make sure that the speaker wires
pass through the slots in the base
when you set it down.
7. Test that the loudspeaker is work
-
ing correctly. If your home theater
processor or receiver has a test
tone system, try sending test tones
through all of the loudspeakers in
your system, to check for correct
operation.
